Jeremy Baverstock is the principle consultant in significant spaces. He is supported by his wife Marie who carries out the administration and a broad support team of freelance operators who will provide support depending on the circumstances of each project. All clients will relate to Jeremy in the first instance and he will maintain a hands on presence in each case.
Jeremy has over 40 years experience in the building industry where he has fulfilled project management, quality control and design roles.
Jeremy originally trained at West London College on a full time and then part time basis achieving a Higher National Diploma in construction management and technology and Professional entry to the Chartered Institute
of Building where he later served as London Region Chairman.
Jeremy has continued his professional education through working experience and educational courses to retain a current knowledge of a changing industry.
From an early period of employment with large and small organisations in the building industry Jeremy set up his own consultancy in 1990 based in Surrey specialising in project management and design.
In 2008 Jeremy moved his home and business to Norfolk to satisfy a need for more open space and more Sailing and has established a successful practice dealing with domestic scale projects as well as smaller scale commercial projects.
